The life of Vahn, a being with both Demon and Human heritage, destined to live a life full of tragedy and conflict. The story begins with Vahn's hometown being destroyed by a vengeful Demon lord, leaving him as the lone survivor. Fueled by an intense desire for revenge, Vahn undergoes grueling training regimens to enhance his combat abilities.

After settling in Blackoak, Vahn falls in love with Sylvia and seemingly forgets his obsession for revenge until he gets cast out due to his lack of control over the power hidden within his curse mark. With newfound determination and purpose, he seeks out Solomon, the legendary warlock hoping he can free himself from this curse mark.

This comic book is exceptional not only because its story is captivating but also because its artwork is amazing. The great introduction to who Vahn is as a character makes it an ideal read for teens who enjoy comics that are both thrilling and action-packed.
